How do I know if TwentyFourth glasses are right for me?

Do I need both the red and yellow lenses?

Ideally, you have both to fully optimize your light rhythms - but we understand if you wish to start with one pair.

If you are completely focused on prioritizing sleep optimization, go for red. If you want to maximize focus, dopamine, stress, etc. during the day while still being able to block a noticeable amount of blue light in the evening, go yellow.

Do I wear the glasses outside?

During the day? Preferably not. The sun is king. It puts out the perfect frequencies at the perfect time. TwentyFourth is for artificial light sources -  such as when you’re indoors or out at night. Do not trust companies trying to sell you “circadian” glasses to wear in the sun. At night? Only if you want to look cool as f*ck.

Does blue light really affect the gut?
